HSE STAFF ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS

Education
  • Minimum Education : Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
  • Major : Environmental Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum GPA : 3.00 out of 4.00
General Requirements
  • Good communication in English (both verbal and written)
  • Physically and mentally fit
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic operational environment
Working Experience
  • Minimum Experience: 3–5 years of experience in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Competency
  • Technical Skill:

    • Strong knowledge of OHS regulations and environmental compliance
    • SMK3 implementation knowledge
    • ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 understanding
    • Risk assessment & HIRADC capability
    • Incident investigation & root cause analysis
    • Emergency response planning
    • Contractor safety management

  • Behavioral Competencies & Soft Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

    • Ability to remain calm under emergency situations

  • Certification:

    • Certified General OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Umum – AK3U) *mandatory
    • First Aid / P3K Certification
    • Basic Fire Fighting Training
    • ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
    • ISO 14001 Internal Auditor
    • HIRADC / Risk Assessment Certification
    • Incident Investigation Training
    • Confined Space / Working at Height Certification
